The view from our room was amazing, enhancing our overall experience.
Breakfast schedules were quite limiting, with only one time slot available each morning, which may not suit everyone's plans.

There were stylish, great-sized rooms with wonderful decor and an excellent breakfast plus a welcome glass.
No issues.

Luxurious and large units with a welcome glass of wine, elegant furnishings, as for instance. Lovely location in centre of Oban. Really close to Ards House, the ferry to Isle of Mull, and close to Oban for ferry crossings to many of the islands inc Arran. Really lovely experience there.

Here's the good and the not-so-good
The hosts were warm and accommodating, providing great tips for local attractions. My room had amazing sea views.
The noise from the main road disrupted sleep quality. Maintenance issues in the bathroom also detracted from the experience.

cozy house, lovely views, clean facilities
The noise from the main road was bothersome at night. The bathroom maintenance needs attention, as some showers had minor fixtures that seemed out of place!!!

would stay here again and again
The small double room was super comfy with a nice en-suite shower and a tv. Free toiletries were a nice touch. I loved lounging in the cozy seating area and enjoyed the nice view. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring.

Just a perfect match for a cursory stop in Oban with extraordinarily good value for money. The self-contained apartment we stayed in had a cozy living area with an amazing view of the bay. Make sure to ask for the separate entrance for privacy.

Really clean hotel with an fine view over the loch, great atmosphere, and fun conversations with the owners. Their breakfast options reign supreme, especially the lush black pudding that hits the spot!

The Beautiful Double Room with Sea View was fine. The view of the sunsets was a highlight! The room itself was spacious, comfy, and well-furnished, with a nice sofa to relax after a day of exploring. Loved the personal touches, like fresh cookies and tea available. It felt homey and upscale at the same time. One downside was the entrance being locked at night-had to find the manager to get back in, a bit awkward.
